BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

Essex National Securities, Inc. is covered by a comprehensive business continuity plan and employs practices and procedures designed to meet our obligation to customers in the event of an emergency or significant business disruption. We are prepared to handle these possible scenarios:

- Disruption to technology systems
Business critical systems are backed-up frequently in separate locations allowing us to resume operations quickly and efficiently in the event of a failure. Resumption times will vary by system, but we anticipate no more than 4 hours in most cases.

- Disruption to our main office in Napa, CA
In the event of a localized emergency affecting our office, business operations will resume at one of our alternate local or remote field office locations. The anticipated recovery time is 4 to 48 hours.

- Disruption to Napa region or entire state of California
In the event of a widespread emergency, we will continue to do business by re-routing communications and relocating personnel. The anticipated recovery time is 4 to 48 hours.

This plan is subject to modification as needs change.
